Completed after demolishing a building and before site works are commenced.
These reports are a very valuable inspection to be carried out after a property has been demolished. Potential conflict or litigation can be avoided by assessing the condition of existing surfaces, streetscapes, and neighbouring properties BEFORE any works are commenced.

Photographic evidence and condition reporting are essential to builders and developers alike. However, unfortunately not all have this completed, so ensure you ask the question when demolishing and rebuilding.
